Royalcom has developed a new kind of design-protected package for peeling blades. It consists of several components and special coating, and they started developing it in spring 2011.
The solution addresses logistics, usability and first and foremost the work safety of the blade changer. The blade can be drawn directly into place from a perforated opening. The package does not require separate storage carts or cupboards, as it functions as a single loading center.
The basic requirement for the packages is 100% recyclability. It also contains international safety labels and a safety pocket. Thus the package becomes a fixed, important part of the value chain of peeling blades.
